• In the event that a reservation is guaranteed for late arrival and the guest “no-shows”, the appropriate room and tax charges will be charged against the form of payment used to guarantee the room for late arrival. • Reservations can be cancelled without penalty prior to 24 hours before the date of arrival. A cancellation number should be obtained from the reservations agent for reference. • The HOTEL reserves the right to amend the terms for guaranteed reservation, cancellation and payment during special events (i.e. trade fairs, government summits a.o.), subject to the Corporate Rate being applicable and subject to the HOTEL’s prior notice of such amended terms to the COMPANY.

The Service Provider/Guest agrees neither to smoke in or on the premises nor to allow their invited guests to do so. In breach of this clause, the Service Provider/Guest agrees to be responsible for the reasonable costs of rectification of any damage caused or for any appropriate cleaning, fumigation, etc. required or to compensate the liability that might come against the hotel as per the relevant laws of the country.
